pertaining to the computer programs (agile systems) and methodologies of said programs, worldwide and indefinitely. Clients will not acquire any ownership rights over said programs. Annual License and Maintenance contracts can be terminated at the end of each year between November and December (inclusive) by the admin user via email to helpdesk@insta-lean.com. Regarding the contracting of the\u00a0<strong><u>software maintenance services<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0owned by\u00a0<strong>InstaLin<\/strong>, Any of the following will be grounds for termination: Failure to pay any of the annual fees. Breach of the obligations established in the clauses relating to intellectual property. Upon termination of the software maintenance contract for any reason, the user shall return all copies of the installed programs within fifteen days of the termination date, as well as the corresponding User Manuals.
